Citibank published a Notice of Trustee 's Sale for -/-/2012 ( attached ) on our property located at - - -, - -, CA -, a legal action designed to recover their - Trust Deed Mortgage with a lien against our property. The resultant foreclosure did not generate sufficient funds to cover Citibank 's TD. Citibank now expects us to cover the difference in a second debt collection legal action in direct violation of California - Section - ( a ) [ Single-Action Rule ; also attached ]. I brought this matter to the attention of - at Citibank ( direct phone # - ) who responded that after their legal review they do not believe California 's - Rule applies.
