JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
- advertises that if you apply for their credit card you will " earn '' - free stay nights. You must meet certain conditions. I met their conditions, but they did not notify me that I was now eligible for my - free night stay. Instead, I contacted them to find out about how to use my nights and they said " they have expired. '' It was not something that was free - I had to earn it - yet they did not properly give me the opportunity to use what I had earned. This is fraud. Gift cards can not expire in California, why are they allowed to let my earned award expire?
