Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid Washington

Debt was paid by Veteran Affairs. Since that payment made this debt has been turned over to - different Collection Companies, - ( - ), - - - - - ( - ), and - - -, -. It was turned over to - - -. It took - letters informing them that the bill had been paid by the VA had paid the bill. With both letter I enclosed the letter the VA had send to me, stating that the bill had been paid in accordance with Fee regulations, that the amount was payment in full, and that they could not seek additional payment from me. The last letter was sent to - in - 2014. When I got my credit report in - 2014 I noticed that in - - had reported a delinquent account to the Credit Bureaus. So I sent a letter to them along with a copy of the VA letter. Now I have got a notice from Dynamic Recovery Solutions. They state that there client - - -, - is now trying to collect on this debt. I have sent a letter to Dynamic Recovery Solutions and a letter to - - -, -. again informing that this debt was paid by the VA. I have also enclosed a copy of the VA letter. What can be done to stop this harassment, each time this is turned over to a new collection company they report to the credit bureaus a delinquent account.
