I received a communication dated -/-/- from Residential Credit Solutions , Inc. ( hereinafter " RCS '' ) attempting to collect a debt. I received the letter -/-/-. I sent it a demand for validation and notice of dispute -/-/-. RCS received it -/-/-. On -/-/- I received a communication dated -/-/- from - - of the Loss Mitigation Team at RCS. The letter is another attempt to collect a debt that RCS claims I owe, was delinquent when it acquired the right to collect it, and offers options to avoid foreclosure. RCS has failed to provide validation of the debt and every part therein as of the date I received the letter -
