National Recovery Agency. This is a collection account for -, a local utility company. I have been paying a monthly payment amount agreed upon by myself and collection agency for past five months. My credit report does not reflect any payment and indicates " C '' ( collections ) for each of the months I have paid. The payments are directly taken out of my bank account each month and i was told that payments would be reported on time.
