TransUnion Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report North Carolina

I asked for my free credit report from TransUnion and received a request for proof of my current address, SSN, and date of birth. I have lived at my present address for the last thirty years. Their requests appear to be attempt to either delay or eliminate their obligation to provide my credit report. I also tried to call them but received nothing but recorded messages. Attached is their request.
