Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement New York

While reviewing my - credit report ( -/-/2015 ), and, - ( -/-/2015 ), I noticed that an unauthorized and fraudulent inquiries were conducted on my personal file by AMERICAN E-PRESS employees. I did not authorize this inquiries at any time relevant period. This inquiries were as a direct result of ID THEFT, thus, were fraudulent and without my permission and/or consent. American E-PRESS must know that such conducts by it`s employees were in clear violation of my Privacy Right and FCRA.This has continued to adversely affect me obtaining credit ; housing and meaningful employment.
