Synchrony Bank Credit Card Complaint

Forbearance / Workout plans

Synchrony Bank Credit card department,

Forbearance / Workout plans Pennsylvania

Synchrony Bank offered me a hardship program in response to a past due amount on a - account. After talking with their agent, I agreed to have a series of automated payments deducted each month from -/-/15 through -/-/15. My understanding was that in agreeing to their offer, my account would report as being paid current to the credit bureaus and late fees would be waived for the duration of the program. However, despite making my payments on-time as agreed, Synchrony Bank is still reporting my balance as being 60 days late and still charging late fees.
