Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Don't agree with fees charged Georgia

School : - - University - - GANavient is refusing to reverse late fees they charged on my account when they erroneously reported me as delinquent despite me faxing/emailing my school enrollment confirmation. However, they reversed the delinquent charges but refuse to reverse late payments fees. I have always been in graduate school and have never withdrawn or taken a break and Navient have the documentation to support this.
