I purchased a vehicle through - and paid over $12000.00 for a vehicle from -/-/--/-/-. - sold the loan to Portfolio Recovery with a $9000.00 balance attached. Chapter - was filed while account was with -, Portfolio Recovery ( PRA Receivables Management LLC ) did not alert the courts in a proper manner and repossessed my vehicle -/-/-. Portfolio Recovery refused to update the account with the proof of payments I made and when they repossessed the vehicle, they took my valuables and have refused to return them to me nor answer the phone. This company along with - has taken my money, valuables, and a car I paid for. The manner in which I have been treated by both companies is unethical and unfair.
