FHA mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account Washington

9 months after closing my loan I get a - package. They need me to re do my loan, because them and FHA do n't agree on the appraisal and FHA wo n't finalize the -, so they can resell it to a - party. They expect my payment to go up, me to pay additional closing costs, and for me to get no credit for the last 9 months of payments. I get no phone call, no letter, just a package in the mail and no instructions.
