male called said he was with my " credit card company '' capital one and asked for my credit card # which I gave him and also gave him the last - numbers of my social security #. He somehow called the credit card company and found out as he told me that I owed $200.00 on my card and that it was maxed out. So he checked the balance using my confidential information
