I borrowed from - towards my - education at a - DC university. While I defaulted on my loan payments in -, I reached a settlement of my debts via a separate debt collection agency in -, which I fulfilled completely by - -, per the settlement agreement. However, the collection agency claimed I still had outstanding debt, and when I asked for them to produce evidence of said debt, they refused. Since then, a handful of rotating debt collection agencies have sequentially attempted to collect this already-settled-and-paid debt. Most recently, I have received phone calls from an agency with no written correspondence to identify the presumed debts.
