I received a call from a - - stating that I took out a payday loan in 2011 in the amount of $840.00. They wanted to know if I wanted to settle today for a lesser amount. I asked who the payday lender was and they said it was " Insight Capitol ''. I have NEVER applied for a payday loan with this company. I told them this and they said if I wanted to dispute the case, I could but I would be " buried '' in legal fees. I told them that I am definitely disputing it, and then she hung up on me.
