I got a new discover card because they had the promotion of 10 % back for upto - payed with - pay. There should have been an other 10 % cash back after 13 months. There was no limitation like gift cards, or need to have recipes or share purchase itemized data with discover. but now Discover do not awarded any bonuses for transactions they subjected to have gift cards included. So the process is to flag bigger dollar amount transactions and make the customer provide the information if he wants the cash back bonus. SO at a nut shell Discover changed the therms retroactivly. Discover has no level - data so now they want recipes for purchase made - so i guess discover does not care about privacy laws neither ....
