JPMorgan Chase Credit Card Complaint

Transaction issue

JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,

Transaction issue Oregon

In Reference to case No. :-Main Issue : Chase Executive Office Agents refuses to discuss the facts of WHY the Chase agents I spoke to approved my reimbursement transactions. In addition, they have not discussed why Chase 's Payment system allowed the transactions to occur. Those are the root causes of the scam as my interactions with Chase 's agents then put me into several difficult situations ; a. All transactions were legitimately reflected on my Online Chase account. In addition, Chase agents confirmed that they were valid. b. Since I was reimbursed for the purchase of computers requested by my employer/scammer, I was obligated to send those computers to my employer. Had I not sent the computers, I could have been accused as a criminal / scammer myself as reimbursement / payment to my account was already processed.

I received a few calls from Chase 's Executive Office after the above complaints, all recorded by their system. None of their agents were willing to discuss, avoided to answer, and switched subjects from the main issue : Chase Agents ( at least - agents on several different occasions ) approved of my payments using accounts provided by a scammer ( under the guise of an employer who had hired me ). I clearly stated to them that the accounts were not mine, and were being used to reimburse me for expenses " my employer '' requested me to purchase ( - computers total ). Because Chase 's agents validated the legitimacy of the transactions, their approvals put me in an odd situation per our legal system : Because Chase 's agents had verbally confirmed that the payment to my account / reimbursement was processed and reflected in my account, I believed that the money was truly in my account. With proper reimbursement, I could not hold onto the computers I had purchased. I could have been reported as a criminal / thief by " my employer '' as I had already been reimbursed for my purchases. Chase exhibited negligence on - counts:1. The Payment / Reimbursement process was properly executed and allowed by Chase System2. Chase Agents approved such transactions knowing that the accounts were not mineChase 's online payment system should have red-flagged the transactions, and their agents / automation system should not approved such transaction.
