I bought a coin from - -..I placed payment with my credit card company.. I did not receive product after reasonable time and placed a dispute with credit card company and payment to - -, - T-. After extended time and communication with - -.. Received product. I called both credit card company and - - to release funds to - -. All - had to do was contact my credit card company and funds would be released.. They failed to do that.. I contacted - - and they said they never ran into this problem and did n't know what to do ... Ha Ha ... I then contacted my credit card company and they cancelled the transaction. I then sent - - a check for the full amount. It was sent Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. It was delivered on -/-/- ... As of this date they have not cashed the check ... .... But they did turn my name over to a collection agency Caine & Weiner ... That company wants payment threatening to send in a negative report to the credit bureau ... Along with that phone calls.to my home and cell .... I have attempted to pay - and for whatever reason they will not cash my check.. I have no intention of paying to have the check cancelled and sending one to this supposed collection agency.. I just want them to cash my check and leave me alone.. FYI there are an outlandish amount of alerts for deceptive business practices filed against - .... Not sending products paid for .... Saying products returned were nothing but empty envelopes .... Changing prices for products after purchase ... An interesting note is - - will not respond to communication attempts ... However they did send my name to a collection agency in less than 45 days from my initial purchase .... And without contacting me first .... A little quick on the trigger ...
