Navient Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't temporarily postpone payments California

I recently lost my job and will not be able to get back to work until -. When I called Navient to try and work something out with them as far as deferment, they would n't work with me. They said there was n't anything they could do and just reminded me of the repercussions of defaulting which is what I told them I was in fear of doing.
