On - -, 2015 I sold a large dog cage on Ebay for $100.00. The buyer was n't satisfied and so I attempted to refund his money. Something was wrong with my PayPal account, so I had to do it as a separate transaction. The amount was refunded on - -, and Ebay was informed of this. On - -, Ebay debited $100.00 from my bank account stating that it was to refund the buyer who had not closed the dispute. I disputed this claim with Paypal, and without asking for evidence, they arbitrarily found that the transaction was correct. Ebay does not have an easy way to contact customer service in writing, and what I have written to Ebay has gone unanswered.
