I.Q. Data International, Inc. Debt collection department,

I moved out of apartments and paid my last month rent and move out fees. They accidentally applied my payment else where which in turn sent my balance to a collection agency. This happened in - of 2014 and I still can not get it cleared despite them stating they made the error and have said it was fixed twice.
