Incorrect information on credit report Public record West Virginia

This was a tax lien that has been paid and released. Documents were sent to all - reporting agencies of the release of the lien, but the derogatory remark is still on my credit report, and Transunion - refuse to remove it, after countless attempts on my part to have them do so.
