On - - 2015 a short sale file - lien holder ( Real Time Resolutions ) submitted the file to the investor ( was told - - - ) for possible approval of the short sale. Since then we have been waiting for their answer. We have been waiting over 2 months. In eight years of negotiating short sales I have never seen an answer take this long.
