I purchased a car from - where they up charged me on the interest rate. I fell behind in my note due to a legal situation where my mother was overdosed causing her to die and I ended up with funeral expenses as well as inherited debt. As of today my car has been reposes and Honda would n't offer me a payment plan. But only a pay off amount of -. I just recently settled my mother 's medical malpractice case and have a check that I am waiting to clear. I asked could they give me 10 days for the check to clear and they wo n't even allow that. Here it is I 'm trying to pay my car off and be done with them so they can be done with me. Only after over charging me for a car and giving me way less than what should have been given on a trade in with less than - miles and - driver in perfect condition.
