NetSpend Corporation, a TSYS Company Prepaid card department,

General purpose card Managing, opening, or closing account Arizona

Received unsolicited pre-paid debit card. When I attempted to contact customer service the phone tree was always looping back to account activation where they requested DOB and SSN. There was no possible way to talk to a customer representative.
