Southwest Credit Systems, L.P. Debt collection department,

Other (phone, health club, etc.) Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was discharged in bankruptcy Virginia

- and - was included in bk - - of virginia. They have transferred or sold debt to collection agency which in return is on my credit report in collections status. They stating the info is correct and will not remove out of collection or off my credit report. Now I getting collection mail for accounts that was discharged thru bankruptcy.
