I have been on the phone with Rush Card for 2 weeks now about my balance being at - instead of - and my card being used when I was n't using it. I tried to call and the phone is being hung up or not answer. I have been on the phone today for - hours trying to see why my card is deactivated. I got told the system was down, they sent me a new card in which I have n't received, and the next - yelled at me and now as I type I am on hold again and it had been - mimutes. They are not giving any answers about this and all I want is my money.
