The law firmBROCK & SCOTT, PLLC has been harrassing me and my family about an alleged debt without and debt validation or verification. Per FDCPA rule : The attorney thus violated 15 U.S.C. 1692e ( 3 ) and ( 10 ) ,1. The law firm invaded the privacy of an individual by unreasonably intruding upon his seclusion by communication through the USPS via first class mail in relation to an alleged debt that did not owe to the law firm. 2. The law firm and its agent 's acted in a false, deceptive, misleading and unfair manner by repeatedly communicating with me via USPS mail without validating and verifying the alleged debt.
