Procollect said I owed $200.00 for a debt for medical treatment by - - - for me, - -, date of service, -/-/08. My - - plan EOB shows that they were paid the PPO allowed charge of $200.00 and I owed $0.00. I have talked to them a number of times, mailed letters from my health plan, and a copy of the EOB. They will not work with me to resolve the matter, refuse to let me talk, insist I owe the debt, reported me to the credit bureaus and continue to harass me by phone
