I had a direct deposit on -/-/2015 in the amount of $280.00 and could n't access my money from Rushcard. They said they are having problems due to the update on -/-/015 and they are working hard on this issue. I have spoken to them everyday since this time and nothing has been resolved. They have no answers and I ca n't get my money out because it is saying $0.00 balance ; even though I had a deposit on -/-/2015. I am very upset and bills are due.
