I have requested my replacement rushcard - paychecks ago and have yet to receive it. I have paid expedited fees and still have yet to receive my card. I have request it - times starting on - -. I have - small children - - - and I can not pay my bills and can barely make it to work. All my money is on that rushcard and I am beyond frustrated hurt upset annoyed and irritated.
