I received correspondence from - - - on -/-/- stating that I need to fill out a form of interrogatories. It is in regards to a debt that I won a judgment on -/-/-. I was the defendant in the case and there was a judgment for the defendant entered. the plaintiff filed a civil appeal that I never received any notice of the appeal. - is trying to collect on an invalid debt by representing and threatening to take legal action on the case.
