Thank you for using Western UnionNow, I have never sent a request to cancel the money transfer ; this is a lie. I have received the refund, however I was charged for the transaction! It 's a matter of principle that the business should not charge for their botched service. Even if the fee is just $5.00, it is outrageous. I have filed complaint with WU on -/-/- but I am yet to hear from them and my call to WU today was as if I was talking to a wall. The customer service assistant could not help me.
