JPMorgan Chase Bank Account Or Service Complaint

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low

JPMorgan Chase Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Arizona

I have been getting hit with overdraft fees for the last three weeks but this weekend I got charged an auto loan payment that is usually due on the - two days prior from its original withdrawal date causing my account to go into negative numbers. This has made me raise suspicion about the motives behind the transaction. I was not expecting the transaction that early so I did not have the funds available to meet the amount that was withdraw causing me to pay overdraft fees for big and small charges. I think it is very unfair how banks treat their costumers. I have tried getting those charges waived but the bank limits to only - waived fees per 12 months. I think the creation of " pending transactions '' should be illegal and I also think banks should not limit the amount of waived overdraft fees to just -. What about unfair transactions after those - waived fees? My auto loan has always been withdraw at the - of every month except last month and that is very strange and extremely unfair. I think the banks are still implementing illegal tactics and are still picking on low income costumers to create overdraft fees surges. Those practices should not be tolerated by regular people trying to make a living. I have already paid too much money on overdraft fees this month for small things like food and gas. Money that could have been better put to use on other things that are essential to everyday life.
