While reviewing my TRANSUNION credit report, I noticed an unauthorized and fraudulent inquiry conducted by -, on -/-/2015. I did not authorize this inquiry and this gross negligence on the part of - employees is a serious breach of my privacy Act and in violation of FCRA Section 1681 b ( c ). I did not sign any written consent authorizing employees of - to view my credit report for any purpose, thus, the inquiry was an illegal conduct.
