I just found out that I have to pay off an additional student loan. - - - ( the school that I attended from -/-/- through -/-/- ), made me sign documents that I had not reviewed. They said if I did not sign the paperwork that I could not graduate. I desperately wanted to graduate and get a job so I signed them. The paperwork must have been for the private PEAKS loan totaling over $18000.00. There was no activity on these loans while I was attending the school or after I graduated. They are seeking payment now.
