On - - got a call from Constar Financial Service by a man named- - . This was in reference of a motorcylce i had finance by - - -. - - first failed to read me my mini miranda rights. Second he was still demanding payment after I told him not to call anymore. He keep asking me that he can help me but never told me how. Original I had notified - - - of my situation and NOT to attempt to communicate with me or my family or place of employment about this matter. If unable to settle this all the amount due will be the ten times the amount in a civil, state or federal Law Suit. Please advice me is I should take this matter to a higher legal level.
