I Have sent several certified letters to Receivable Performance regarding a debt that they are trying to collect. The debt originated through - and is not my debt. - has already closed - of the accounts and needs to still close the other. I have written several certified letters to both companies. Receivable performance stated that they were going to close the account and send a letter to all - reporting agencies, but it is still listed on my credit report.
