Ocwen Mortgage Complaint

Ocwen Mortgage department,

When my loan was transferred to Ocwen the balance on my loan was increased by nearly $25000.00 with no reason. Ocwen told me that is the balance they were given when they took over my loan. I asked for proof but they said they had no way of getting the history on my loan since the other mortgage company was closed. How can they do that? Should n't I be able to get the history on my mortgage? I know that the loan on my House is transferable but I should be given something other than here is the new mortgage company & where to send my payments. Ocwen Mortgage has never been helpful on this matter and I do n't know what to do!
