I have responded to the first notice from Optimum Outcomes and provided them with copies of canceled checks showing the account was current and had been paid in full. I have repeatedly asked them to not call me that the number they had was also a business number, the owner of that number has told them not to call but they have ignored the request and continuously call. They will not leave me alone even after proving the debt was not owed.
