Capital One Credit card department,
Unsolicited issuance of credit card Minnesota
I have called and asked to be taken off their mailing list several times and a couple months later there is another credit card offer. Today -/-/2015 they sent another. How can I get them to stop. This has happened every 2 months for the last 3 years. thank you
