Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't get flexible payment options California

Navient Has constantly been calling family, friends and work. even after they have been told not to contact due to the fair debt collection act. I told them I can not receive those calls at work and they got an attitude and hung up. They illegally recorded my father after he said not too and asked for his ssi and other info. They also called mother, sister, uncle and other family members that have no business being involved in this matter. They are constantly calling and harrassing. It has become unbearable father tells me they call every other hour. Parents are not cosigners on any loans. The one loan with my sister on the loan is current and they should not be calling her if it does not regard that specific loan. They have been told and to no avail they still do it.
