Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Massachusetts

They sent me a letter stating that beginning - -, 2015 their company will start taking $75.00 on my account. The company kept sending me letters about the debt which I do n't recognized. I did request in writing to send me the validation of debt which they failed to send. Now, this is what they want to take money from my account without any judgement or proof of debt.
