Rushcard has blocked me from retrieving my funds out of my account for $900.00 that are in my account due to their update of the system on -/-/2015. I have talked to customer service on many occasion just to be told the system is still updating and an escalation had been placed in the back office for review of my account. Plus due to the system update it caused my current debit cards to be inactive which is keeping me from getting my money.
