The collection agency will not return my calls, or allow me to speak to anyone. The daycare - - in - Utah is charging me for days my child did not attend. I was told from the daycare manager they scam single mothers all the time to collect more money. My child was mistreated, and i was pregnant and unable to work and was continuously charged even after i advised them prior. Please help me. These charges are unjustified.
