Had a negative remark on credit reports -/-/-. Determined debt was not mine. Originator was -. they sold this debt to - then it went to -. -/-/- collection agency - was notified via - - and - - - that - was in error and I did n't have the account in question. -/-/- the same debt is now being pursued by ERC-Enhance Recovery Company. I submitted the info to them in -/-/- as per documentation from the -/-/- events. Now have negative remarks on credit report from ERC. They never replied after -/-/- info faxed to them. Just received another letter stating owe money. They have not provided any information that supports that I have any debt owed. They have falsely reported to the credit agencies and are attempting to collect debt which is not mine.
