Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened arrest/jail if do not pay Indiana

I have been called several times ( - within - ) with this place telling me that someone wrote a check and attached my name to it, and the check was bad so I need to pay. When I question who it was that wrote it was told not my business. When asked what its for and the amount they hung up. Tried to call them back and they start scream and cussing at me, also making - comments to me. They refuse to mail anything to me. But want me to pay $200.00 to them for something that is not mine or I will go to jail. I have never wrote a bad check even called my bank to verify all my recent checks where fine which they was. Then they started calling my husband 's phone doing the same thing telling him I need to learn to pay my debt. But I pulled my credit nothing on it at all, and they wo n't tell me what the check was for or when it was wrote just keep asking for me to pay or go to jail. The number that keeps calling is -.
