JPMorgan Chase Credit Card Complaint

JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,

Chase does not put a Guide to Card Benefits on its website. I told Chase that I thought that was because they were trying to make it harder to claim card benefits and Chase did not contradict this claim. So I 'm asking that CFPB ask Chase why it does not post on its website a link to its Guide and, absent a compelling reason, order it to do so and initiate a rule making to force all credit card issuers to do so. My most recent correspondence with Chase is below. I have earlier emails, but they do n't fit in this block ( and do n't add much useful information ). Please pass this message on to your supervisor with arequest that he/she pass it on to the person who makes thedecision not to put the guide to benefits online. Please tell me WHY the Guide to Benefits is NOT online. Every other institution in the USA puts full info on theirwebsites. Why would n't Chase. Doing so would reduce yourcosts of mailing the Guide or answer questions like thisone. That leads to me to think of only one reason : It'seasier for Chase to deny benefits if customers do n't knowwhat benefits are due to us. If I 'm wrong about that, youwill have a persuasive reason. If I 'm right, then youwo n't admit it but I hope I will shame you to do the rightthing and post links to the PDFs of each Guide to Benefiton the page where we get our balances. Thanks for '' listening ''
