Not able to access direct deposit funds. Call member services for Rushcard and all I get is it should be available soon, we are working on the problem, and we had a system outage. This has been an unacceptable issue for way to long. My bills do n't wait for apologies. If this issue was truly caused due to a system switch, would n't make sense to go back to doing it the original way until you tested the new way before you implement the new system. If that is truly the case this was a tremendous fail with no back up plan and no concern for hardworking consumers
