Lendmark Financial- Attempted to make first payment on loan through - bill pay. Called for the address and was given the wrong address by their customer service team. My bank let me know that the money had not been paid over a week later. So I called again and was given a different address so I resent the payment I received a notice for a fee for cancelation of payment a month later. By that time my wife and I had both made a payment and provided the bank information to Lendmark. I have sent the escalation manager several emails and submitted an email via their online complaint portal and have received no response. I have called again and have not been able to reach the manager I spoke to initially. Are you the correct org for this type of complaint?
