Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened arrest/jail if do not pay Arizona

I have a collection agency that has been harasses my family for me and they tell everyone that they are the cops and they are putting me in jail and telling everyone they are a collection agency and they call me and tell me that they are going to put me in jail if I do n't give them my place of employment. And to top it all off I believe this bill is over 7 years old! I need help cause they are calling me all day on my cell phone and I 've told them several times to stop calling my cell phone.
